Retreat Deposit Policy

The Jesuit Institute South Africa requires a 50% deposit on booking of retreats and full payment of the balance 1 week before the start date of the retreat.

Retreat Cancellation Policy

The Jesuit Institute South Africa offers refunds on retreats cancelled in advance by the Institute or the retreatant.

Please be sure that you can entirely commit your time and investment to the retreat.

Refunds:

*Jesuit Institute South Africa reserves the right to cancel the retreat if it is not meeting the minimum number of participants. Full refunds, in this case, are subject to admin fees.

*100% refund if cancelled ten days or more before the start of the retreat.

*50% refund if cancelled 5-9 days before the start of the retreat.

*No refunds if cancelled less than five days before the start of the retreat.

*All refunds are subject to a 10% (of retreat price) admin fee.

The Jesuit Institute - South Africa undertakes to ensure the integrity of personal information in its possession or under its control by taking appropriate, reasonable, technical and organisational measures to prevent loss of, damage to or unauthorised destruction of personal information and unlawful access to or processing of personal information.
