**Due to the variability of realized sales during large promotional events, ShipBob cannot guarantee to increase staff to ship the entire promotional sales on the same day. ShipBob will adjust staffing based on notified promotions but might need extended time to complete orders if promotions result in more sales than expected. If you want to guarantee all orders from a promotion are shipped the same day and are willing to compensate ShipBob if there are unneeded staff due to a promotion falling short of expected volume, please contact your MSM at least 2 weeks prior to your promotion and this can be discussed.**
