Black Safe Spaces
As the nation continues to discuss inequality for Black men and women, it's important that further marginalization isn't perpetuated by way of harmful or unproductive discussion. Harmful tactics such as gas lighting delays progress and encourages silence—especially in the workplace. Black people all come from different social circles and have varying thresholds when it comes to discussing race. Yet, we are all striving towards the same goal—true equity in America. We deserve to voice our grievances in peace. By submitting your feedback below, you will help create a movement—setting forth terms that ensure respect and true allyship are always on the table when discussing racism.
