Fill out all fields of the application and submit at the bottom before Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at 5 p.m. Eastern Time. With this application you will need to submit a résumé (max. two pages) and two work samples (mp3s only and no longer than five minutes) by either a SoundCloud link or by uploading mp3 files to this application. Scores are not required, but strongly recommended.
