Booth Furniture Reservation Form
Each 10’ x 10’ booth package includes one (1) 6’ skirted table, two (2) chairs, and one (1) wastebasket. The table and chairs MUST be reserved by Monday, October 12 by filling out this form in order to have them placed at your booth. If you do not fill out this form, show management assumes that you DO NOT want to utilize the included furniture. You will NOT be able to request these items free-of-charge onsite. Any additional booth items will be at the Exhibitor's expense. Please contact with any questions.
