2020-2021 Willamette Valley American Inn of Court Registration Form
Please complete this registration form by September 4, 2020.

The information collected in this registration form will be used to generate an electronic invoice that will be sent to the email address(es) listed in the form. The invoice, due upon receipt, will provide members with the options of paying annual dues electronically by credit card or by submitting a check.

WVAIC member meetings are held the third Thursday each month from September through May (except in December). Traditionally, the cocktail hour has started at 5:30, dinner at 6:20, and presentation at 7:00. Please note, due to current COVID-19 social distancing restrictions, WVAIC will start the year by hosting virtual meetings with the following schedule:

6:00 pm - Connecting to Zoom and informal socializing
6:15 pm - Inn announcements
6:30 pm - Presentation (1 CLE credit will be sought)

At this time, WVAIC is planning for at least the September and October meetings to be hosted virtually. We will to transition to hosting in-person dinner meetings when social distancing guidelines allow.

I am applying for membership in the Willamette Valley American Inns of Court. I understand and agree to the following conditions of membership: *
Payment of 2020-2021 dues, which are non-refundable.
Attendance at each monthly meeting is critical to fostering professionalism and collegiality; and I therefore agree to attend most (if not all) meetings.
I will participate and contribute to my team’s program.
I will timely confirm or update my attendance and request for CLE credit by completing electronic RSVP or sign-in sheets as requested.
If I cannot attend an in-person dinner meeting, I will timely notify the Inn President, Hon. Daniel Wren by emailing WillametteValleyAIC@gmail.com.
