I, the principal of my ES/MS/HS, am excited to earn extra funds for my school through by reducing utility costs by 5% via the Shared Savings program. I commit to the following key program components:

A staff member to be our school’s Shared Savings Champion
A utility walk-through audit (if a new school), or check-in to identify efficiency opportunities throughout the campus
"A Green Minute": 5 minutes or less at monthly staff meetings for the Champion to engage the staff on utility conservation (effective at the start of the school year)
Permission for the Champion to post stickers and signage where they see fit
A bulletin board dedicated solely to Shared Savings updates and progress
I look forward to collaborating with our Shared Savings Champion and the SFUSD Sustainability Office to achieve the greatest savings we can!
