The Manager Onboarding is not just about the new leader, it is about their department and teams as a whole. Helping them engage their teams, build trust and accountability the right way is vital for everyone’s continued success.  This program will help build healthy environments to maximize quality and performance.

While this program is designed for all new or newly promoted employees entering a leadership role, it can also bring value to any existing leader we have within the county. Please note that new and newly promoted leaders will get priority in scheduling and that class sizes are limited so it will be possible that we may need to push you to the next available program.
