Welcome to the 2024 Haysboro Preschool and Afterschool Care Survey

The goal of this survey is to gather important information about childcare and preschool needs in Haysboro.  Recently, the HCA has been informed that many families are in need of before and afterschool care as many school programs are full.  The Haysboro Community Association is researching the viability of a before and afterschool program at the hall.

Every resident has an important opinion and we want you to feel open to share it with us.

This survey is divided into 3 sections. The first asks about before and afterschool care. The second section asks about preschool and early childhood care, and the final section asks questions about you.
