Payout Request Form
Please complete this form to request a payout from your TAGG account. Upon request, payouts are made on the 5th of each month. Requests for payouts must be submitted before the end of the previous month. (Ex. Funds must be submitted for the August payout by July 31st).

You will receive a report via email confirming payout and the total. For all organizations a payout fee of $2.50 will be deducted from the payout (in addition to the 15% of funds raised). For teams and clubs raising money at a member level, a payout fee of $2.50 will be deducted from the payout per member (in addition to the 15% of funds raised).
