Please complete this form to request a payout of your TAGG funds. Requested payouts are made on the 5th of each month. Requests must be submitted before the end of the previous month. (Ex. Request by July 31 for August 5th payout).
The account contact(s) will receive a report via email confirming the payout and the total. For all organizations a payout fee of $2.50 will be deducted from the payout (in addition to the 15% of funds raised). For teams and clubs raising money at a member level, a payout fee of $2.50 will be deducted from the payout per member (in addition to the 15% of funds raised).
