Giffnock’s Summer Jam is set to be a summer celebration, blending the charm of a traditional Scottish gala day with the buzz of a summer fête. As part of the event we want to bring a jam themed baking competition to our town and we would love for you to take part!

Do you have what it takes to be crowned Giffnock’s star baker?
Enter The Great Giffnock Summer Bake Off and showcase your skills in our community baking competition! There will be two categories: Under 16s and Over 16s, with prizes awarded in both.

There will be one winner per category winning a very special winner's apron and £50 to spend in a local business of your choice.

The only rule? Your bake must include jam - any flavour, any style! From classic Victoria sponge and jam tarts to creative jam-filled cupcakes, Swiss rolls, or even thumbprint cookies - if it's got jam, it’s eligible!

Bring your best bake to the judging table on 31st May and impress with flavour, creativity and presentation!
