Cards for Bravery distributes positive handmade cards to hospitalised and seriously ill children; working with hospitals across the UK. To help brighten the days of as many children as possible, we also distribute cards to children and young people who are unwell however receiving care outside a hospital setting (or they may be within a hospital setting, however you are wanting for them to personally receive a card).

f you would like to nominate a specific child for a card please follow the below:
Nominees must either be hospitalised or have a serious and/or chronic illness
Maximum nomination age is 21
All Bravery Cards are completely free to recipients
