BASIC UNIVERSAL RESOURCE PLAN
PCCA have been pioneering our Basic Universal Resource Plan since March 2020 which enables us to deliver emergency food boxes to households who have had a significant drop in income due to the national lockdowns.
We deliver essential resources like food and medicine to the doorstep on a weekly basis.
