Members of the public may choose to share their comment "in real time" or have it read into the record during the "Comments from the Public" or at the related agenda item.   Public Comments will be limited to 3 minutes.  In the event of several Public Comment requests, the Board reserves the right to lower the allotted time to 2 minutes.
