AVA Photo Studio Reservation Form
AVA's photo studio and equipment are only available for use during AVA Gallery Hours: Sundays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, noon-5 PM and Fridays-Saturdays, noon-6 PM. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

Our contract photographer, Sabrina Mohler, is available to take portfolio images and professional headshots on Wednesdays from 12-5 PM and Thursdays from 12-4 PM, by reservation only, no less than 48 hours in advance.
Rates:
2D works: AVA Members: $30 per 2D work and $40 per 3D work
3D works: Non AVA Members: $40 per 2D work and $50 per 3D work
Headshots: $60 for AVA members and $70 for non AVA members
As before, each session is a one hour photo shoot with 3-5 images edited and sent to the artist and AVA within 2 business days. Artists are required to be present for the duration of their session with Sabrina. This is not a drop off service.

AVA members have the continued option to reserve the photo lab for free to use by themselves. This includes use of our Canon EOS Rebel T3i camera, tripod, studio lights and light box (as needed for smaller 3-d works).  If you plan to photograph your own work, it is recommended that you bring your own SD card or MicroSD with adaptor. Non-AVA member do not have access to the studio outside of hiring our photographer for photography services.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Curator/Education Director, Tim Goldsmith at tim@avarts.org.

The photo room is also able to be reserved for testing installation work or for use for photoshoots.
