Some of this information may require you to call the venue you're hosting the event at. We know that takes extra time and energy and we appreciate all your effort in helping us make our events more accessible to all.

For those interested, our suggested language for this is "To ensure everyone can enjoy the event, please avoid wearing perfume, cologne, and axe, and other products who's use is to add fragrance. Additionally, please be conscientious about fragrances in other products you use when possible. This helps people with scent sensitivities, those with migraines, folks with other health issues, and many others to be able to enjoy this event as well"
