D-Clearance stands for departmental clearance.  Certain classes have D-clearance restrictions and students must request D-Clearance and have clearance before registration.  

This form only allows ONE D-Clearance request per form.  Students who are requesting multiple D-Clearance requests can submit more than one form.  

D-Clearance requests are only accepted through this online form.  Please allow up to three business days for processing.  This does not include weekends.

PPD 301 is a D-Clearance course, but due to the internship application and approval process, the D clearance request is available at a special link.  Please note, students must have an internship to enroll in PPD 301.
