To help offset the financial impact of the cancellation, swimmers have the option to forgo a refund. Please complete this form by 11:59 PM PST on Monday, March 23. If you do not fill out this form, you will be issued a refund.

As a token of appreciation, we will send you a 2020 USMS Spring Nationals medal and Fiesta pin (unless you decline this option).
