NWKC Pit Shelter Request (2023)
If you wish to apply for a NWKC Annual Pit Shelter please complete the application below.
Annual Pit Shelters are allocated in January at a cost of $50 Per year (Jan 1st to Dec 31st) Upon allocation invoices will be emailed to the provided email. 

The usage and operation of the NWKC Pit Shelters is governed by the NWKC Pit Shelter Policy (M0005-2) available on the NWKC website. 

NWKC Members will receive priority in allocations until February 1st 
Completion of a request doesn't not imply or guarantee a pit shelter being allocated to the applicant.

Those wishing to have a pit bay near others MUST submit the request as a group.
