2016 Girls Can Do Anything! Award
Do you know a local girl who has changed her community? Nominate her today!

Each March, during Women’s History Month, Oasis honors one local trailblazing girl (under the age of 18) each year. Like adult Trailblazers, these girls have made a difference in their schools and community by doing something to pave the way for other young girls to follow.

The Oasis Board of Directors will serve as the selection committee. Selected honorees will be notified of by January 31, 2016. A series of articles, including an article featuring each honoree will appear in the Tallahassee Democrat throughout March, 2016. Awards are presented to honorees at the Women’s History Month Community Wide Luncheon at St John’s Episcopal Church, final date to be announced. All nominees and honorees are strongly encouraged to attend.
