New Teacher Cohort (1-3 years)
The New Teacher Cohort is designed to support you as you begin the school year with confidence and clarity. Our sessions will focus on

Classroom and behavior management systems 
Research-based instructional strategies 
Staff wellness and sustainability  
Building a collaborative community of support
The goal is to ensure every educator feels prepared, supported, and connected.

9:00-2:00 (Lunch provided)
4 Sessions, 20 PD hours

Session 2: September 22,2026 ROE 12 Robinson Training Room
Session 3: November 17,2026 ROE 12 Olney Training Room
Session 4: February 9,2027 ROE 12 Robinson Training Room
