Thank you for taking the time to complete our questionnaire. By providing us with information about your dog’s vocalizations, you are assisting research at the Ethology Department at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest. We hope you will also find this questionnaire interesting. Perhaps this is the the first time you’ve thought about your dog's vocalizations—when they growl, whine, bark, woof/cough (this is a muffled growl-bark, a low pitched soft burst of air through a partially opened mouth, single, short and noisy) or howl—and why they make those sounds.
If you have more than one dog, please complete a separate questionnaire for each of your dogs. The only condition to participate is that you, the owner, know the dog well, so it is a requirement that, when completing the questionnaire about a dog, you have lived with that dog for at least a couple of months.
Finally, if there is a red star next to a question, it means that the question must be answered. If there is no red star, then that question is optional. All the provided data will be handled confidentially and used only for research purposes.

If you filled the questionnaire about multiple dogs, please pack their samples and info separately and put them together in one envelope.
