The Ultimate Brick Show - Display Application Form
                           
By filling this out, this is an agreement with The Ultimate Brick Show (TUBS) that images or video of display may be used in future promotions of the show. If you have questions or concerns about this, please email apps@tubsofficial.com.
  • As a Displayer, your primary contact will be with Dale. He will be coordinating with you. Any show questions will go through him.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once this form has been submitted. Please check your Spam/Junk/Trash folders if you did not receive one. There is a known delay of receipt for anyone using a Yahoo based account.
  • All communication will be via Discord and our TUBS-Hub site link, which will be provided after your application has been received. Discord and TUBS-Hub are only for Displayers and Vendors. Not the public.
  • On the 1st of the month following receiving your application, an email will be sent with further instructions and information. This will include the links to access Discord and TUBS Hub.
  • If you need to withdraw your application, we need to know no less than 2 weeks prior to the show. Without this notice, you may not be invited back. We understand that life happens. We can make exceptions. Please work with us.
  • We do not permit non-Lego brand builds unless you have specific permission.
  • Box builds are permitted as part of a larger build or from a youth displayer. We prefer MOCs from everyone else. Show off your builds, not what Lego made!
  • Some venues allow for us to do a "Night Glow" event. This is where, after hours, we turn off the main lighting and allow the MOCs to light the room.
  • At each show we typically have a Garage Sale Friday evening and an Auction Saturday evening. Sign-ups for those are separate.
  • Oversized 3D printed Lego models are permitted as decoration and to add to the show. They will not be judged or given MOC cards.
  • Self-Promotion for your YouTube/Instagram/Twitch/ect is permitted. Promotion of stores or other sales based venues is not permitted at your display. Promotion of other shows is not permitted unless they are for a different TUBS location.
  • Black non-fitted table cloths are provided for all displayers.
  • Contact information is not shared with anyone outside of TUBS.
  • Any Displayer under the age of 18, only their first name will be listed on their badge, MOC cards or any other material we provide.

Additional badges will cost the same as an admission ticket ($15.00). 
- NOTE: Badges for immediate kids, are no cost. Badges for other's in your party 18 and older are subject to the fee listed above.

How many tables do you need? 
For Marion & Salamanca, tables are 8ft (96 inches) x 30 inches.
For Pittsburgh, tables are 6ft (72 inches) x 30 inches.

Please be specific. 
Does your table need 360° viewing access? As in, the public can fully walk around it. Understand, these displays typically do not have a seating area available.

Do you require stanchions? They are preferred, but not required. Without them, there is an increased risk of the public touching your builds. Stanchions are typically 2 inches higher than table height.

How many chairs will you need?
Will you need electricity? (For powering MOCs, recharging batteries, powering lights)

Would you be interested in a Night Glow event if the event facilities can accommodate it? 
We would do this Saturday evening. It is not open to the public.

Would you be interested in your display being part of a venue-wide scavenger hunt? It would mean someone needs to man your booth at all times to initial or stamp scavenger forms.

Would you be willing to judge MOC's?  This would entail an hour or two Saturday morning.  Guidance will be provided.
