YIN~YANG yoga is a complimentary practice including both active and passive poses. This practice is accessible for most and is gentle yet strong. The passive poses, work deeply on the connective tissues (fascia, tendons and ligaments), stimulate energy channels (meridians) and bring balance to the organs in the body. The active poses help strengthen and tone the muscles, improve circulation & flexibility, increase stamina, and reduces tension in the body and calms the mind by connecting breath with movement (vinyasa). Benefits include calming and balancing the mind/body, reducing stress & anxiety, improved flexibility and joint mobility.
