Libraries and archives of the future are institutions with an online presence. Can intellectual property rights support the execution of the mission of public institutions? What changes do libraries and archives need to introduce to follow and respond to the needs of their audiences? The conference will open with a keynote, followed by three thematic sessions, concluded with a round table of feedback provided by invited experts.
