Summer Build-it-Yourself League 2026 (7v7) Expression of Interest Form

We are pleased to announce our Summer 2026 7s (BIY) League!

League format is 7v7 with WFDF Rule A. Teams will play one game per week on Tuesday or Thursday evening at Bowring Park, Southlands or Kitty Gaul fields. If there are rainouts or reschedules, teams may play 2 games in one week. The league starts on June 9th and runs until August 29th (Playoff Day). Games will be 85 minutes long starting at 5:30pm and 7pm.

EOI will be open until May 20th with registration being open from May 21st until May 31st. Captains, please fill out this Expression of Interest form on behalf of your team.

Cost per team will be determined based on total number of teams.
