Welcome to Minnesota Association of Deaf Citizens 65th Biennial Conference. MADC looks forward to meeting old, new, and community members to participate in the upcoming biennial conference on October 27th and 28th at the Holiday Inn in Duluth, Minnesota.

If you are interested in joining the conference, please fill out this form. We welcome anyone who is interested to join us at the conference. If you would like to vote during the MADC business meetings, you must be a member.

Conference Fee: This will include the evening banquet, workshops (CEU/Clock Hours provided), and swag bag.

Members = $150

Non-Members = $175
