Simply Youth Ballroom — Donation Form for China Team Dancers

We would like to invite you to support an incredible opportunity!


Thirteen dancers from across Premier Ballroom & Dance Academy’s award-winning Formation teams were selected to form a special team as part of the United States delegation to perform at the China International Folk Arts Festival this coming October 2025 in Foshan, China.

The China International Folk Arts Festival occurs every three years, and brings together top performers across 55 countries in a celebration of the performing arts and culture traditions across the world. This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity will allow our dancers to showcase their talent and artistry while experiencing new cultures, performing at prestigious venues and connecting with international peers.

You can support a specific Premier dancer (or the whole team!) through a donation to the 501(c)3 non-profit Simply Youth Ballroom. (A URL or QR code will be inserted in the letter template.) Your donation will specifically support:

  • travel costs to and from China,
  • costume repair and creation (we would like to help our dancers look their best on an international stage!), and 
  • training and rehearsal for these curated performances.

Please know that any contribution is greatly appreciated!  And thank you for considering supporting this accomplished group of dancers!

IF you choose this method, press the submit button at the end of this form and DO NOT proceed to the payment form. Write your check out to Simply Youth Ballroom. 

SPECIAL NOTE: IF you selected "OTHER AMOUNT, I will send cash/check" in the above question, DO NOT proceed to the payment page. If writing a check, please write it out to Simply Youth Ballroom with the name of the dancer/coach in the subject line. 

OPTION 2) Make an on-line payment. After you push the submit button at the end of this form you will be asked to continue to the payment form. Click the link and make your payment. 

SPECIAL NOTE: Please note that a 3% processing fee applies to all online donations. The amount donated to your selected dancer will be your total donation minus this fee. For example, if you donate $500, $15 will go toward processing, and $485 will be applied to the dancer’s account.
