The attached document is part of Special School District’s (SSD) Parent Advisory Council’s (PAC) initiative to capture and report data regarding concerns from a parent / guardian whose child receives Special Ed Services through Special School District.

Complete the attached form in full and return it to the SSD PAC:

*Turn it in at a SSD PAC meeting

*Depending on the SSD PAC agenda, you may address your concerns directly to the council during the Public Comments section on the agenda. The SSD PAC monthly meetings are usually held on the second (2nd) Wednesday of the month, and are located in the SSD BOE Room, on the upper level of SSD Central Office, at 12110 Clayton Rd., Town & Country, MO, 63131.
