What's included in my rental?All rentals come with folding chairs, 6-foot rectangular banquet tables, an outdoor patio, and access to the integrated sound system. Event product rentals, use of prep kitchen & A/V equipment are available at an additional fee.
Can I bring in my own food and/or alcoholic beverages?With our open vendor policy, you are free to provide your own food and drinks at no additional charge! However, evening events with alcohol consumption require a uniformed security officer to remain on the premises for the duration of the rental at an additional fee of $50/hr.
Do I have to include my set up/tear down time in my rental time?Our facility runs hourly and your rental time begins the moment you enter the building to the time you leave. It's important to allow adequate time for both set up & tear down.
