After you fill out this form, I'll reach out to schedule a 30 minute video call to meet, look at photos for inspiration, and get a sense of timeline for installation and delivery.  After our Zoom consultation, I will prepare an itemized proposal for your review and consideration.

Providing 3-5 pictures which reflect your vision is always helpful for me prior to a consultation. You can email them or share a Pinterest board if you already have that in process.

Delivery time is suggested 15 minutes prior to the arrival of the photographer.
People Receiving Flowers
List all the names and roles of those who will be receiving flowers, for example: 1 Bride, 1 Groom, 4 Bridesmaids, 6 Groomsmen, 3 Parents, 3 Grandparents, Officiant, Flower Girl, Ring Bearer, etc.
Number of Bouquets
For Example - 7 Bouquets: 1 Bride, 5 Bridesmaids, 1 Flower Girl
Number of Boutonnières
For Example - 10 Boutonnières: 1 Groom, 6 Groomsmen, 2 Fathers, 1 Ringbearer
Number of Corsages
For example - 3 wrist corsages (1 Mother & 2 Grandmothers)  Wrist Corsages can be substituted with smaller handheld bouquets or clutch pin-on corsages in the final consultation

Describe your vision for centerpieces. Will you have round or oblong tables? Approximately how many tables will there be?
Floral Cost *
Do you have a floral budget in mind? Flowers vary in cost and seasonality. Knowing your budget range helps in discerning what elements are possible in your vision.
Zoom Consultation Times *
Kindly provide 3-5 dates and times in the upcoming few weeks that would work for a 20 minute Zoom consultation to review your design ideas and questions.
