HCHS Bands Absence Request Form
Students - please use this form to request an absence from a required band activity. Requests must be received 2 days prior to the event in question in order to be considered excused. Emergency absences may be reported via email to jweinstein@habershamschools.com.

Excused absences include but are not limited to the following:

1.  Sickness
2.  Death in the family
3.  Unavoidable doctor's appointments
4.  Any other absence that would be considered excused by the HCHS Attendance Office

Unexcused absences will result in the student being sidelined for the following performance. A student with 2 or more unexcused absences may be removed from the production entirely. Students must attend at least 70% of the rehearsals for prior to the performance.
