What you need to do if you would like your child to receive milk daily at school :
If your child is currently under 5
to register your child. Milk is free up until the Friday before their 5th birthday.
• When your child turns 5, milk is available at a subsidised cost of 22p per day. At least 10 days before their 5th birthday, log into your Cool Milk account and make payment in order to continue with the scheme.
• Your child is entitled to free milk if they receive benefit related free school meals. Please contact the school office in this case.
If your child is aged 5 or over
to register your child and make a pre-payment via your online account. Milk is charged at a subsidised cost of 22p per day.
• Your child is entitled to free milk if they receive benefit related free school meals. Please contact the school office, you do not need to register with Cool Milk.
If you are unable to register online, please contact the school office for a registration form.
After registration, you may then make a pre-payment via your online account for the remaining half term, term or academic year. You can also simply choose your own specified amount, should you wish to do so.
All information handled by Cool Milk is processed in accordance with current Data Protection Legislation. The data will be stored securely on Cool Milk’s UK-based servers and will not be passed to third parties other than to UK Government departments for audit purposes.
