Request Access to PA/PTA or Title I Shared Inboxes and or Shared Drives

All PA/PTA and Title I presidents and co-presidents will automatically receive access to their organization’s shared inbox and shared drive. Presidents and co-presidents should complete this form to request to add another parent leader to the shared inbox and / or shared drive. Access will be given within two (2) school days of submitting this form. 

Please note that access can only be granted to parent leaders who are in School Parent Leadership Contact Information System (SPLCI). If the parent leader is not listed in SPLCI, access cannot be granted. Please speak to your school or district leadership for questions and support.
