Thank you for visiting our Greerton Village Yarn Bombing 2023, which has been sponsored by Ray White Greerton and Greerton Village Community Assn.
This year's theme is ‘Waterways of the World - Ngā ara wai o te Ao’.
This year's theme allows us to celebrate and be inspired by our waterways. This year
locals and yarn bombers from around the country and one from the UK have participated.
Now it's time to vote for your favourite tree! There is only ONE VOTE PER CATEGORY PER PERSON allowed.
This year there are three categories - Schools, General Public and Sustainable. The tree with the most votes in either of those categories will receive $500 towards their charity. This year there will be no judging just voting by the public, so vote away!
Please note that many trees will also be displaying QR codes. This is an additional way for you to help the crafters raise funds for their individual charities. Just scan your phone over the QR code and follow the link online.
Alternatively manual voting is available in Greerton Village at six locations. Look for the window posters. Voting closes at 10am Thursday 3 August. The following week the
manual and online votes will be collected and collated, ready for the announcement of winners at the Yarn Bombers morning tea on Sunday 13 August.
The winners will be made public on the Greerton Village Facebook page www.facebook.com/GreertonVillage and the Greerton Community Yarn Bombing Facebook page www.facebook.com/GreertonVillageCommunityYarnBombing on Monday 14 August.
Please add your name, email and phone number below.
Then vote for ONLY ONE TREE PER CATEGORY. Any repeat votes by the same person are removed during checking.
