Our goal is to place each pup in a home based upon temperament evaluations done at 7½ weeks of age. We look for best fit, a home where the pup will thrive, a home in which the owners will provide training and build upon the foundation we have laid. To aid this process, we ask that you complete the following questionnaire to formalize your interest in one of our puppies. Acceptance of this form by Golden Retrievers of Camelot House does not guarantee you a puppy, but will enable you to be considered for one of our pups.
