Mothers Out Front Member Equity Survey
The Mothers Out Front Member Equity Team is reaching out to YOU as members of Mothers Out Front to understand your experiences with equity and inclusion within our organization.

We are interested in how equity and inclusion play out in the day to day (e.g. how meetings are run, group communication, etc.) as well as strategic processes (e.g. determining campaigns and tactics). We are undertaking this research in the context of a broader effort to develop an Equity Rationale for Mothers Out Front.

Our equity rationale will discuss the steps we would take to build power across race and class. Thank you for taking the time to respond.

Key Definitions:
Inclusion: the action or state of including or of being included within a group or structure.
Equity: the quality of being fair and impartial.
An equity rationale is a set of reasons for increasing equity and inclusion in your organization or team, both in your internal practices and policies and in the external impact you're making in the world.
