Ticket replacement request form
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, Diamond Bus and Preston Bus are offering replacements for part-used and unused tickets.
While refunds are unfortunately not possible, we are able to cancel your current ticket, and provide replacement tickets or a voucher code off your next pass purchase when you are able to travel with us again.
Please note this is only possible on monthly/28 day, academic term and annual tickets, purchased before 23rd March 2020, with at least 7 days validity left. Refunds/replacements of part used weekly tickets are not possible.
