Planning committee: This will involve meetings at least twice per month, usually in the evenings, from February through May.

Administrative: Stuffing invitation envelopes in mid--to-late March.

Online auction data entry: Entering online silent auction items, descriptions and photos into our online database, from March to May. Requires technology skills.

Decoration creation: Crafting decoration items, such as backdrops, venue decor, and other items for the event, from March to May.

Venue setup: Loading in and help setting up at the Bitterroot River Inn on Friday, May 10th and/or Saturday, May 11th.

Event volunteer: Assisting with event stations (auction, check-in/registration, games/activities) for a period of 2-4 hours. Event ticket is included, must be 21+ and committed to working at least 2 hours during the event.

Venue cleanup: Loading out and help cleaning up at the Bitterroot River Inn after the event on the night of Saturday, May 11th and early morning Sunday, May 12th
