Bus information will not be immediate. Please ONLY fill out one form per student. It may take 3 to 5 days to process forms. 

FOR THE CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR (25-26): Please check Parent Vue for stop location and time. If the information is correct you DO NOT need to fill out this form. Please check this often as times may change as we process enrollment forms.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have moved and would like to change your address please contact the school your student attends to update your address. THIS IS STEP ONE in getting an updated bus route if you have moved! Once the address is changed with the school. STEP TWO is to fill out this form -  it will take 3-5 days to process the change of address and update the bus schedule. STEP THREE  check ParentVue for updated bus information.

Transportation Information:
1. Parents/guardians will need to identify one pick-up location and one drop-off location for the entire school year. If the alternate site arrangements vary from day to day, it will become the parent’s responsibility to provide transportation on those alternate days.
2. There will be NO transportation for School of Choice students.
3. There will be NO bus passes provided for any reason i.e. a friend is riding home with your child. This reduces end of day confusion for all district staff.
4. As a reminder, GHAPS buses do not travel down every road, cul-de-sac, dead-end streets, and private roads/drives, or into every subdivision.

6. If this form is not completed 3 weeks before the start of school. Your student may not have transportation until 2 weeks after the start of school. 
7.  No stop changes will be made from the beginning of school through October.
