Step 2: Complete all the questions in the application below for the APC in SPED.
Step 3: Submit all required supplemental documents to: Christina Keaulana, Education Building Rm 210, Leeward Community College, 96-045 Ala Ike Pearl City, HI 96782
Required supplemental documents include:1. Two professional letters of recommendation2. Official bachelor's degree transcript (copies will not be accepted)3. Legible copy of government issued Social Security Card Fall Admission Deadline: May 30 | Spring Admission Deadline: August 15
