FY25 Grandfriend Day Contact Request Form
Throughout the year we send newsletters to Shady Hill "grandfriends" -- meaning grandparents or others who play a similar role in your child(ren)'s lives. They will also be invited to attend "Grandfriends Day," taking place November 8th on campus.

If you've submitted your grandfriends' data in the past, we still have them in our records. However, if you're new to Shady Hill or if any of your grandfriends have moved or changed their email address or phone numbers, or if you just want to be doubly sure, please fill out this form.

Use a new form for each grandfriend household you wish to enter.
