Grant money is for library materials - books, periodicals, software, documentaries, etc. that will be circulated or available in your library for public use. This does NOT include consumables or prizes used for library programs.
Grant money is not to be used for hardware, furniture, computers, copiers or concrete expansions. Neither is it to be used for salaries, utilities, or supplies.
Applying via this Google Form is the preferred method. If that proves difficult for you, a printed response can be completed and mailed to Captain Hook, Box 3, Homer, AK 99603.
The application deadline is Saturday, October 31, 2026 for both online and print applications. Online applications must be submitted no later than midnight October 31, 2026. Print applications must be postmarked no later than October 31, 2026.
