Dear Parents and Guardians:

We look forward to your child joining our instrumental music program!  This is a big step, but a part of a very rewarding experience.

After reading the information regarding our program included in the original email, please complete this registration form by the end of the current school year.  This information includes the requirements of the band and orchestra program (necessary materials as well as personal responsibility).

Instruments that are available for beginner registration include the following:
      Band: flute, clarinet, alto saxophone, trumpet, trombone, baritone horn, percussion combo kit
      Strings: violin, viola, cello, bass

By completing this form, you and your child are agreeing to the requirements of the Band/Strings program.
