Art From the Heart Vendor Application

Art & Craft fair to be held on Saturday, February 9th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at Varsity Hall in the Union South building, 1308 West Dayton Street Madison, WI 53715.
Booth spaces are 10' by 10'
Booth fee will be $50, payable upon acceptance. The fee includes one booth space, parking pass, and meal card. Corner booths are available for an additional $10 fee.
This event is limited to handcrafted arts and crafts only. Commercial or mass-produced items will not be allowed. If you are found to be selling any of these items the day of the event, you will be asked to leave and your booth fee will not be refunded.
Acceptable items include, but are not limited to: ceramics, fibers, glass, graphics, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography, sculpture, woodwork.
Artists must be present the day of the event. Assistants, including family, are welcome, but not in place of the artist. Each exhibitior is responsible for supplying and erecting his/her own display. The sides and back of your display should not interfere with your neighbor's display. Tables and chairs will be available for those who request them (standard 8' banquet table.)

Application deadline is December 31st. Accepted vendors will be notified in early January. Payment details will follow upon acceptance.
