General Information:
This is an application to be part of the Volunteer Work Exchange Team at Mill Valley Music Festival 2025 and does not guarantee a work exchange position. We will be in touch starting March 1, 2025 if we have a work exchange position for you for MVMF 2025. If you are in need of a waiver for the deposit we have some available positions on Friday or you may have a staff member vouch for your proven track record of showing up on time and staying to complete your assigned tasks. 

Volunteer Work Hour Commitment:

As a member of the volunteer work exchange program, I will commit to work an average of one 4 hour shift per day.

In exchange, you will receive:

(1) 1-Day Festival ticket ($170 value)
(1) Volunteer / Work Exchange Team t-shirt (for day of show volunteer work exchange team members only)

Volunteer / Work Exchange refundable deposit: $60 for 1 day or $100 for 2 days. Information about how to pay your deposit will be provided upon acceptance to the work exchange team.

Deposits

The deposit will be refunded to you after satisfactory completion of your shifts, within 2 weeks after the event. You must turn in your time card and fill out the Feedback Survey to be eligible for your refund. Pay this deposit before April 5, 2025, to hold your position. If you sign up after April 5, 2025, PAY ASAP SO WE CAN SCHEDULE YOU. The vast majority will receive their deposits back each year.

If you bought a ticket before getting confirmed for a volunteer work exchange position, we are unable to refund your ticket. You may give your ticket to someone else and still participate in our volunteer work exchange program. You will need to pay the deposit. 

Event Rules

I understand that failure to perform my duties as expected/required may result in my dismissal from the program and forfeiture of future volunteer/work exchange opportunities with Mill Valley Music Festival and Noise Pop. I must follow a general code of conduct during my work shifts and any conduct rules the general public is asked to abide by as well.

I understand that it is my sole responsibility, as the worker, to be on time for all scheduled shifts and to be a focused and hard worker.

Event Waiver

In consideration of participating as a volunteer work exchange crew member at the Event, I hereby agree that I, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release and forever discharge and hold harmless Producer and all of its related entities and affiliates, for any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, injury, death or damage resulting from the acts or omissions of any person or entity, however caused, arising from or in any way related to my participation in the Event and all activities associated therewith any and all rights and claims that I may have against the persons or organization affiliated with the Event and Producer and any and all injuries suffered by traveling to or from or while participating in any work exchange activity associated with Mill Valley Music Festival. I further consent to the unrestricted use by the Producer and/or any person authorized by them of any photographs, recordings, interviews, videotapes, motion pictures, or similar visual or auditory recordings of me created in connection with the Event. Further, I agree to all event terms & conditions.
