DZIF bioinformatics workshop: 16S community profiling with QIIME 2
Thank you for your interest in the upcoming DZIF workshop: 16S community profiling with QIIME 2.

The workshop is co-organized by Daniel McDonald and Antonio González Peña (QIIME 2 development team), and the TI Bioinformatics (https://goo.gl/vwVnru). It will take place Dec 19–21 at the BRICS in Braunschweig, Germany. On Dec 22, you can continue analyzing your own data with our help.

We have ~20 seats available. While workshop registration is open to the general public, DZIF scientists and people bringing their own data will be given priority if we receive more applications than available seats. We will try to select the applicants who we believe will benefit most from the workshop.

Application deadline: Sun, Dec 10.
