Return/Exchange Form North America
For those of you who have purchased BONT SKATES from our official Bont online shop, please take note of the following information regarding warranty and returns:

1. Return Address: When initiating a return or exchange, kindly ship the product(s) to the following address:

2. Include Packing Slip: Include your packing slip with the return to facilitate the process.

3. No Need to Wait: After submitting the return request, you do not need to wait for a response from Bont before shipping the product(s) back. You have the flexibility to use any shipping company of your choice.

4. Partial Returns: Please return only the items you wish to exchange.

5. Return Shipping: It's important to note that the return shipment must be prepaid. We do not cover return freight fees, and we do not accept "freight collect" shipments. If possible, return the product(s) in their original packaging and ensure secure packaging to prevent shipping damage.

6. Shipping for Exchanges: We will cover the cost of shipping back to you for exchanges using the address provided on the original order.

7. No Exchanges for Used Items: Items showing signs of use, such as being mounted, heat molded, skated in, or worn, cannot be exchanged or refunded. They will be returned to you as they cannot be resold.

8. Missing Items for Refund: If not all items are returned when seeking a refund, we will deduct the full retail value of the missing item from the refund amount, treating it as an individual purchase.

9. Stock Boots and Other Items: We will accept exchanges or refunds for items returned within one month, provided they are unused, not heat molded, and in as-new condition. Any damage caused by mounting bolts or non-original plate mounting will void the exchange.

10. Semi-Custom Boots/MyBont Boots: We allow one-time exchanges for semi-custom skates in case of size errors, as long as they have not been mounted with plates/frames from other companies or skated in. We cannot exchange these boots for any other reason due to their personalized nature.

11. Full Custom Boots: Please be aware that there are no refunds or returns for Full Custom skates, as these boots are tailored to your specifications unless Bont made a mistake.

12. Processing Times: Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the items, while refunds will be processed within 1 week after receiving the returned products in new condition. Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
