Parkway Elementary Virtual Learning School Application 2020-2021
If you would like to enroll your child in our Vernon Parish Virtual School for the Parkway Elementary campus, this form must be completed. A student's selection of virtual learning is for a 9-week period. Students must be registered at our school prior to the completion of this form. If you have already enrolled your child in this virtual learning experience on or before July 24, 2020, you DO NOT need to submit another form.
